I can't see my user list and other users can't start a discussion

Hello!

I am Suki. I am running my website in a Shared Hosting. Since it is a free plan it doesn't provides SSH. So I don't know how to install extensions... Then a guy from the Discord server said that you can install Flarum in your localhost in your PC then install all the extensions you need and export the database, zip the file and upload in your shared hosting.

I did like that... But I faced some problems. So I edited the config.php file and everything was fine. But today morning a user said that he can't start a discussion... This is the image!

I thought it was some problem with the user permissions So I went to edit his permissions. But there I can't see any other users' name than mine. Here is the image for that

I also use 2 extensions called online users extension and registered user extension. But I can't see his name there. Images for that. and

But here it says 5 users have registered... I couldn't see or manage them... Registered users

Please inform me if you need any further information.

The inability to start a discussion seems strikingly like a permissions issue to me, can you post a screenshot of the permissions in your admin panel?

With regards to the online users, I saw that @Justoverclock could see this when he visited, so likely a local cache.
To confirm, can you please advise me of your site URL. I can then test this myself for you.

I think this relates with the user existing in the database, but not having confirmed their email address. I can be wrong though; going into your database might give you an answer. If that is the case then your email configuration isn't working.

You can test signing up yourself, seeing you only have the admin in the users list, this would be a great start to investigating what the problem is.

luceos I signed up from another account. But the same error was coming... What about giving you my database? wait, is it harmful? I mean usually hackers hack databases to steal users' data... I can give an export in Discord personally if you wish 😀
