1.1 and display name mention

Hey all!

I upgraded to 1.1, everything went smoothly, thank you 🙂

An issue I just noticed: I had to activate the mention parameter "authorize to use the username", 'cause otherwise the new @"DisplayName"#ID doesn't work anymore.

Did I miss something?

Could you explain what you mean a but more. What are you exactly typing and what are you expecting vs what is actually happening?

Yep sorry for the brevity 😅

The issue occurs when Allow username mention format (@Username) is not enabled on my own forum but also on demo.flarum.site (I think it's enabled on discuss so I can't reproduce here):

open the message composer
try to mention a user (not a message)
the completion works but the string remains as a raw text in the final message (see here for example)

ornanovitch I see, yeah seems to be a bug we introduced in 1.1, thank you for reporting this, could you please log it in the GitHub repository ? would be nice to fix this in a patch release.
