Installing themes on shared hosting with no SSH acces

I installed flarum using pockethold because my web hosting providers do not offer SSH acces to shared hosting and now I was looking forward to install a theme but I didn't find tutorials or something like this here. Can you guys tell me how exactly to do it? Thanks!

SSH access is required to install extensions and/or update them. Updating flarum itself requires SSH access as well.

Thanks for letting me know, right now I installed it using poket holder. This thing with ssh acces will be over someday?

Suiramus We are investigating options. For now though, https://docs.flarum.org/composer/#i-dont-have-ssh-access is a workaround
