ProgWeb Installing additional languages will enable Flarum's language switcher, which adds to the top bar where the search and user profile options are.
As far as I'm aware, no one has written an auto-detection extension yet, though it should be possible to do so. Here's the last discussion on it, if you'd like to follow or add your input.
