The scope column feature indeed isn't very mobile friendly. We've seen situations where it isn't desktop friendly either when you have tens of tag scopes.
If anyone has a suggestion for how that UI could be reworked to be mobile-friendly, ideas are welcome. I'm pretty sure we will have to radically redesign it at some point if we want the permissions page to be mobile-first.
In the meantime the scope columns should be scrollable horizontally. Is this not working? Can you share the browser name/version where horizontal scroll doesn't work?
