Fealist If there was already an extension showing a different style it should be easy to customize, but no such extension exists as far as I'm aware.
There are similar extensions that can be used as example to create the extension, like the username color based on group. Biggest difference is that groups and their colors are public by default wherehas suspension requires the additional public attribute to be exposed.
