How to make all outbound links No-Follow ?

Hi Flarum team and community,
Days before my friend who is an SEO expert advised me to check if Flarum uses Do-Follow or No-Follow for outbound links. I don't know what type flarum is using. I used a Chrome extension named SEO Quake and sometimes it shows No-Follow and sometimes it says Do-Follow, I'm confused can someone clear this?

I do not see any no-follow attribute with the link.

PS : I hope checking page source is the right way to check.

meetdilip You didn't post an active link. You'll need to use a protocol prefix (http), [url]link[/url] or [some text](link) in order for it to become active.

This is what I see in page source after adding an active url bb code

Looks like the link is nofollow
