aishwarya85 considering you already have a sitemap.xml in your root dir and its submitted to google search, you might also have to create a google business page to speed things up! Usually, business page allows you to add your website url, and they appear at top with the corresponding website, with that you help the search engines.
If google starts to index your pages, you wont need to submit to other sites like yahoo, they will automatic start to send their crawl bots and index your pages. Google is the Key of all!
