How to create forum post or discussion with the help of api or directly?

Let me be very clear like you may have seen custom roms website right? if not please take a look at one of the below.

Like the above only I am managing one of the website can't tell which you know what is privacy concern, So what I want is like whenever a update for device is there then we wan't to create a new discussion like hey there update v1.2 is available in our forum so is there any way we can authenticate with ssh or anything or maybe like just hitting some url on forum.

like currently our website fetches json files from github and show the data that on which version device is running so is it possible to set up hook just like whenever we update that json api file a new discussion or post should be created on forum.

Maybe just create one discussion and edit the first post whenever update comes or something like that only.

So any help will be appreciated if any of the above is possible please do let me know and if there are some docs please do let me know that also.

I managed to fetch data with json and created custom bb code :-)

But I still want someone who can tell me how can I create post/discussion with api?
