010101 Basically that's it, they are not really creating anything new (although they try to sell it that way), it has to be said that in fact on a technical level (graphics, physics...) it is quite poor in that sense many videogame companies like Valve are light years ahead, Half-Life: Alyx is a great example of that.
Actually, I think the idea itself has a conceptual problem, it's not fun. They pretend to do everyday tasks in the cool "Metaverse", it was pretty funny one of the metaverse applications they showed in the announcement, a work conference, honestly does anyone feel like filling their workplace with wires and sensors to prepare your expensive VR headset just to talk to co-workers? Aren't technological advances supposed to make our lives easier? 🤔
In fact, isn’t Second Life like the metaverse? Maybe Second Life should sue. 🤑 Kidding, I know they couldn’t sue. But, it would be nice if someone would sue Zuck already.
Well they just stole their new Meta name from another company, after seeing that I think Second Life has a chance to reclaim the metaverse 😂
