owneedthem user with ID 1 has no special meaning in Flarum. You can delete the user with ID 1 without any issue. All access is managed through the user's groups.
If you have access to group management from a different account, you can visit your new user profile and assign the "Admin" group.
If you no longer have any admin in the database, you can create a new user manually with any ID in the users table, then create an entry in the group_user table. Admin group ID is 1
