How can I use Telugu or Hindi language slugs without a extension?

Why wordpress supports lot of language without any plugins and why not flarum?

Idk what's it's called UEIF support or some kind of characters support, when can we expect it?

How can I use Telugu or Hindi language without a extension? I just want URL slugs in my language nothing else is needed.

It's not an installed plugin but you still need to install language packs so - same thing.

@meetdilip did the work on the Hindi language but it installs just like anything else in flarum, via composer.

Looks like work on Telugu stalled or is unfinished I couldn't find much information on it but a GitHub project exists, perhaps help them out and finish things up (if they need finishing up)
