Approve post give user error “resource not found” after submit

User in my flarum spamming cause the tag that user need to use need to approve and it give user error like above and they think it doesn’t submit yet

I know there's very little feedback telling the user their post is awaiting approval, but there shouldn't be any error.

Can you share a screenshot of the error any your php flarum info output?

Maybe it's because of an extension or permission setup that prevents the user from seeing their own discussion?
