A software company or a video production company has many users requesting for features and in the long run we miss track of it, of course, we do have GitHub to maintain everything but in case if some kind of app company has a community and requesting for features we can not ask everyone to visit GitHub and report.
to solve this kind of situation canny was introduced https://canny.io as i can see these days everyone is using canny 😃
they are not doing anything new but just adding discussions into the roadmap, i think with help of an extension flarum can also implement a similar feature.
we don't need the upvoting feature

it's all about displaying the same data in different view formats. i know after reading this discussion everyone would recommend flarum support desk extension but this use case is different.
