I am testing my forum and I tried to register an account but I am unable to. The error message I get is:
Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.
I enabled the debug mode and got:

The confusing part is that I am able to register other usernames with the same email and I feel that I am not allowed to register specific usernames that I come to know about when I register. I am not sure why is that?
Does this have anything to do with FoF Stop Forum Spam extension? if yes, how can I resolve it?
