Duplicate entry - Help please

I am getting some of those errors:
flarum.ERROR: PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ... for key 'posts_discussion_id_number_unique' in /.../vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php:117

How do I deal with that? Is there any tool to correct DB keys?

It may be an extension issue?
Clear cache helps? Should not but you can try.

You can also try to Google the error.
I found there is also a GitHub issue opened there.

Maybe @askvortsov knows more about it, since he self-assigned it.

m4v3rick this is a complicated issue that sometimes plagues large very active forums. I have plans to fix it, but I just haven't had time to do so lately.
