murdocklawless to me all works fine in Firefox and on Edge so maybe can be your Internet connection?
Do you use a proxy?
Can you try to load your Flarum install from another device with maybe a different Internet connection?
I see that in your screenshot icons are not loaded but for me, from here all works fine on Firefox and on Edge.
