What is the first post body? How did you "shorten" the URL there?
Reading the OP I assumed this was the markdown/bbcode link URL showing up, but I just tested on my own forum and the href value of links is not shown. Using [label](link) or [url=link]label[/url] only shows label in the sticky post preview.
I don't see the sticky badge in the screenshot so maybe the behavior is different with Synopsis extension?
