I have a tag that is restricted to everyone only accessible by admins or mods.
Under this tag, there are nearly 1k discussions. we often quote few lines of these tag restricted discussions and mention in a public discussion and when users mouseover on the quote AKA the post ID others who have no access to that tag see an error instead of this behaviour why don't flarum display a message saying you do not have access to this discussion ?
the second question is when the user continues to mouse over this error message getting rechecked again and again it would be nice if it just checks once and stops too many error messages sometimes creating unnecessary attention. i am thinking it would also cause load on DB?

if this line is only meant for this use case i can modify using linguist, not sure if the same message is used in any other use cases.
Sometimes Flarum is failing to show 404 page for restricted discussions and continues to reload again and again 🐛
