Exclude "users" from google crawling.

Hi,
I create the website and installed the off sitemap for SEO, but on the sitemap, it includes the "users profile" link which I think will affect my SEO. On sitemap it the shows like this
<url> <loc>https://domain.com/u/admin</loc> <lastmod>2022-03-21T22:57:06+00:00</lastmod> <changefreq>daily</changefreq> <priority>0.5</priority> </url>

so I want the user profile to exclude it from the sitemap or from google crawling.
Can anyone help me with this?

The FOF/Sitemap extension's readme suggests you are able to remove specifics from being pushed into the sitemap

Remove a Resource

In a very similar way, you can also remove resources from the sitemap:

    (new \FoF\Sitemap\Extend\RemoveResource(\FoF\Sitemap\Resources\User::class)),
];

I'm not a developer but could be the right avenue for you to wander down.
