I created a test install recently. Set up was smooth and all was working well.
I broke something through experimentation, dropped db tables and deleted the installed files (the entire containing folder).
I re-created the install through composer. I am now presented with an nginx test page.
Any tips on what I need to change (for example, where can I manually add db settings, etc — same as before)?
