Hello Flarum owners, can anyone give me a video tutorial for installing flarum on shared hosting & changing the path example.com/flarum/public to example.com @luceos please help me I will be very happy.

tofayel -> Are you currently using a shared host for your Flarum project? I don't quite understand why you are talking about Localhost.

You say in your first, do:

example.com/flarum/public to exemple.com

The solution is to change the routing of your domain name from public_html or www to public_html/flarum/public or www/flarum/public at your shared hosting provider.

May I know the name of your shared host, please?

tofayel the first thing you need to do is move everything in the public folder to the web root (public_html on shared hosting) Configure the index.php so that site.php points to the new location of the file that is one level above public_html

Have you tried searching this forum and following some of the shared hosting guides lying about?

There are other ones besides this one I wrote.

tofayel The instructions are not literal. You need to find out the right path for your host.

It could be many things... you need the file paths to Flarum and the path to your host's public directory.

/www/public_html

Sometimes when in cPanel or similar, when viewing folders/files, you can see the path somewhere.

Or, you can see if your host's tech support will help.

Try using /domains/seobagan.com/where flarum core files are located
