when we run a search we will be taken to the search results page. https://discuss.flarum.org/?q=test
if the search query is test the page title should be something like test | SiteName but currently flarum is not displaying the search query in the page title. it is displaying All Discussions - SiteName for all search query pages.
Over the years when we share search links in the discussions spider recognizes these links and indexes them on google, we need to optimize the search page too for bringing organic traffic to the website. i am not sure why flarum is not following this please fix this.

and also the search page meta description should not be the home page description it should be unique for every page - either we should use something from the search result or we should not display a meta description at all for the search pages
