Mention notification linking to wrong discussion

This topic is the most close I find about notifications and bug, so I put it there. In this flarum community forum, I just had a weird notification:

Which leads to this message, from January, so posted way before my own message (which is from 3h ago).

Don't know if it's the first time this bug is reported?

@Justoverclock, maybe you know what could have triggered this?

We have merged a PR to fix this issue flarum/framework3379, the fix will be available in Flarum 1.3.

I believe one way to work around the issue is setting the timezone of all your servers (webserver and database) to UTC.

EDIT: I misread, it's actually a different bug that happens when posts are mentioned cross-discussions. I'm not sure if there's a report of PR for this one elsewhere though.

Oh that makes sense: I just checked, and the message in which he tagged me was the 9th message of the thread he was posting in : https://discuss.flarum.org/d/29894-dev-diary-build-20/9

The bug sent me instead to the 9th message of the thread in which was my message: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/29931-the-future-of-flarum-a-roadmap/9
