How to add custom font from google fonts?

add the link into your custom header:

like:

<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.googleapis.com">
<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.gstatic.com" crossorigin>
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Lato:wght@300&display=swap" rel="stylesheet">

and in your custom css something like:

*{
font-family: Lato, serif;
}

Justoverclock i just copy the code and paste it in custom header and didnt add other elements of html
is this right?

after i pasted rhe code in custom header it tells me that i dont have permission to do that !!!

Justoverclock It works the saving problem is because of My Modsecurity configuration and i disabled it from Cpanel
