There is no DOCS for Move/Migration Flarum

I tried like 5 times and failed to move beta.13 to beta.13 or beta.13 to 1.0

There are clearly deprecation/missing dependency issues.

Some of the branches MUST be broken I can't even install clean beta.13 and move my backup this is ridiculous.
There are no clear upgrade docs for beta versions in the DOCS. Why ?

Sadly this was useless too. Probably outdated since there is no compatibility effort none whatsoever between versions.

I followed known ways perfectly. Clean Flarum+Backup or Update or Upgrade
JS issues, CSS issues, or permalink issues...

This software clearly has no backward compatibility and no forward compatibility. Dependencies are broken between versions this means no testing is made before releases.

I never faced ever in my life this much migration or update/upgrade problems.

Which docs did you read? What exact problems did you face?

https://docs.flarum.org/update/#updating-from-beta-010-to-stable-v1-100 Contains step-by-step instructions on updating from older betas to the stable version. Some third-party extensions were never updated by their authors to be compatible with the stable version so you might lose those depending on what you're using.

sinanisler I don't think the problem is the docs/discussions you've seen, personally I used the ones SychO pointed out and they worked for me as did many other people here.

It's probably not a problem derived from the upgrade of flarum/core from beta to stable, but to other reasons, it would be good to upgrade and see exactly what are the problems that arise from it, maybe you are skipping some basic step of the installation (not related to the upgrade), folder permissions, incorrect paths, deprecated extensions...
