You can permanently delete any post that has been soft deleted before. You just need to choose "Delete Forever". Of course you need to have set the user rights accordingly. So it's a two-step approach. First soft delete and then delete forever.

You will need to remove the extension with composer. A guide on how to do this can be found in our docs.
