The button says "Can't Start Discussion".. why is that?

The fist senting who can start discussion should be set to members make sure it is correctly configured

Hari You're right! The "Bypass tag requirements" was set to Admin. Thanks for your help.
janosvirag_me that's actually not a bad thing. Bypass tag requirements allows users to circumvent any tag requirements. I assume that your issue lies in a too strict global permission.
