I'm sure at some point someone has asked this. But, this is a question that's hard to search for.
I think it might be nice (especially because my forum only has a few tags) if on desktop, in the left sidebar, the list of tags started directly under the Start a Discussion button. Example:

Primary tag 1
Primary tag 2
Primary tag 3
All Discussions
Following
Tags
Or, another way to put it I suppose: The opposite of the default order.
Other than re-coding or making an extension, has anyone made this happen with just CSS or something relatively simple? I'm going to guess it would not be super easy.
