A member on my forum started complaining about missing some subscription emails after I upgraded to 1.3. He also says there is some odd behavior too, for instance today he created a discussion and subscribed to it. I replied two times in it and he received an email on my second reply, not on the first one.
There are no queue extensions installed or email ones or stuff like that. Have you noticed something like that in 1.3?
