garyricke this could also be caused by a very similar issue in fof/follow-tags, which was fixed recently in version 1.1.4. Which version do you currently have of this extension?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention luceos, I didn't notice this discussion. I think that the bugfix mentioned by ianm should be available at FreeFlarum, but I've updated all extensions just to be sure. Please, let us know if the issue persists @garyricke
