Something went wrong: validation.required validation.required

I'm getting this error while trying to install:

I have entered the admin fields accordingly but the mysql database fields are left with the default(mysql Host: localhost and the rest are empty).

reza solved the problem with trial and error... more detailed error messages would help a lot.
