I haven't seen an extension for this, but it shouldn't be too tricky if someone wanted to give it a go.
The hardest part would be preventing duplication as you scroll down the list, since posts might be created much more often than discussions, meaning that some of the first page of results might now be on the second page when you get to loading them in.
