A big issue in not implementing this is that there is no way to fix this.
A banned user will still be able to change his avatar with illegal images.
Admin can change user email to disallow login.. but user will be able to register again with his email as the original account email has been edited by the admin. Also this is an action that should be performed by an admin and maybe a mod cannot do.
Change the password will also not resolve as the password can be resetted by the user by email.
A very stressful issue be an admin and a mod and cannot disallow an abusive account to do actions on the forum.
Yes all is disable but still can upload illegal images also with potential dangerous message on it.
Sad to see this still be not having a small fix, an extension, something.
Email cannot be blacklisted, has no sense change user email or password or delete the account.. because this will never work or will just cancel the ban.
