luceos Seems to have started working over night! Issue now is that using Pretty Mail, the $notificationId is not working correctly.

Try replacing $notificationId with {!! $notificationId !!}

askvortsov That worked for getting the string to show in the email.

However, I have to remove the extension. Mailgun is just not working. Their support seems pretty bad, and they are having DMARC issues that prevent me from sending to Gmail accounts. Additionally, their 159.135.228.4 IP was flagged by spamcop.net, which blocked sending for other domains as well.

I was never able to actually get a test email posted. I'm not sure if this is just a problem on my end or a wider issue. Maybe if my site grows, I can consider a paid MailGun account and move out of their free tier with very limited support. I do love the idea of this extension, and it would be a game changer.

IanM I’m trying to get this setup and everything shows up as verified in Mailgun. Test emails come through just fine but this is what I get when I do what you mentioned this is what I get back

I am using the manager Flarum hosting so I’m not sure if it’s something to do with a setting on that end or what. Tagging @luceos in case.

It seems that for some reason the endpoint to receive email does a webhook signature verification, and this only works with a webhook signing key, perhaps in the past it worked with the actual api key. This extension will need some work to get going again. I will line it up.

I'm running on Flarum version 1.8.8, but when installing blomstra/email-conversations from Extension Manager, I get the message: The extension is most likely incompatible with your current Flarum instance.

Flarum 1.8.8
PHP 7.4.33
MySQL 10.6.18-MariaDB-cll-lve-log

On the extension page at: https://flarum.org/extension/blomstra/email-conversations it says likely works with Flarum v1.8.8, Feb 16, 2023.

Is there something I'm missing? The External Conversations extension installs if I install it separately though.
