Their theme looks very similar to Flarum, so I'm sure you could achieve a big part of it with only CSS. Someone will have to put the work into creating such a theme though.
Installing Comradery is probably out of topic for our community. Since they have their own community, I suggest asking over there for help with their software.

Hello, Priforce. @Justoverclock's Random Post, Feedback, Welcome widget are used (check his stuff out, for sure, and I've also paid for his developer skills with amazing results--definitely recommend). The search bar move and styling was developed in-house.
