Can you give more details about what would trigger the warning, what it would contain and what kind of communication channel you want to sent it to?

Are you trying to get Flarum flags sent via email to all moderators?

The FoF Subscribed extension implements a few additional notifications, including one for new posts awaiting approval.

an extension to send emails to groups would be nice. users / moderators / admins. thats what i miss so far

SeguirBlog the Mailing extension lets you write a message and select recipients individually or a whole group to send as an email.

The Byobu extension lets you start a private discussions with a group. There are notification preferences to get an email when a new discussion is started with you or your groups.

SeguirBlog see the permissions page where you can add tags and apply multiple permissions for read/write and others per tag.

SeguirBlog it’s as simple as just restricting the read / view permission to a certain group for the desired tag. Like for example you restrict viewing the „Staff“ Tag to be only visible to moderators and administrators.
