Hello you could you this piece of CSS :

	background: url('utToImage') no-repeat fixed right top #FFF;
}
.Scrubber-handle {
	background: transparent;
}

The ".Scrubber-handle" set to transparent might be useful because a background color is set.

I believe you can accomplish that by adding some custom CSS in the Appearance page of the admin UI.

What do you want the image to be the background of? The entire page?
