I’ve said it many times before. But you know how it goes. The negative things get mentioned the most. So I want to say ONCE AGAIN:

Flarum is the best forum software. Hands down. You cannot argue differently. If you do then you do not have 20+ years webmaster experience like me.

Flarum is THE best forum software and it is very close to the best CMS. Yes. I said it. CMS. Because if you have some coding skills you can turn Flarum into all kinds of things.

The speed of Flarum is INSANE. INSANE. It’s really fast y’all. Even on cheap shared hosting. Some speed monitoring systems might say different things but you know what’s better than those? Your eyeballs. Load another website. Then load a Flarum site. Flarum loads faster.

We (general Flarum fans) could never comprehend the amount of work that has gone into this software. I am humbled every time I think about it. How could people give everyone, for free, this software???

Flarum is a true test of humanity, open source, love, understanding, and expertise.

You are right, the flarum speed is totally insane. Currently I still learning how to code.

I may sometime sound like a grumpy old man when giving feedback about issues or even when I called the upload extension “completely wrong design” (which were strong words and I’m sorry…) but I agree Flarum is excellent and I thank all the devs for the great work 👍🏻 I’m a software engineer myself and I know very well how people tend to emphasize the negatives only, so yeah, our work is often not appreciated… 😕
