Are there any tutorials how to translate forum? I would like to translate it to our language and than share with all community. But the zip file at docs is broken.

I want to translate it to Slovenian, there is no existing project, so that why i am asking how should i start. I have now forked rep from flarum english pack, and than modified composer file and translated some strings and installed and it didnt quiete work it put it under vendor/arcanewater/ext-lang-slovenian...
