Do you have the extension that puts the link in the post with title and link?

I believe that GUI for this doesn't exist yet (maybe in Rich Text?), but it shouldn't be hard to implement this in a separate extension.

FYI if you don't need a GUI for this, you can already do this with markdown

Format: [link title](https://...)

Edit: I just checked, and the Rich Text extension has a GUI for this
