Needing to change from PHP 8.1 to 7.4

Hi all,

I run multiple big boards, and the problem I'm facing is 2 of them are simply too big to migrate over to Flarum, so I'm happy to leave them with their current software. But I have another board that isn't as big as the others (only around 10,000 posts, etc) that I've migrated over to Flarum (working perfectly).

I do need to upgrade the other 2 but my server is running 8.1, and unfortunately the other software won't run on 8.1, so need to downgrade to 7.4. Is this possible once I've already installed Flarum using 8.1? I did try to downgrade it but received an error about dependencies:

Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0".

MattyWjeisz for future reference, one can change the php version of the community for the webserver and run composer update with that same PHP version. This will load all packages for the correct PHP version.
Putting flarum in maintenance in the meantime is possible by adding a key offline to config.php with value true.
