How can I alter my Flarum admin password with a mysql query?

In my testbed installation I didn't record my admin password and forgot it.

The testbed is on a local host. I have shell access and root access.

How can I alter the password of the admin user (or any user) with a mysql query?
(My mysql isn't too hot)
