Hi guys, I guess we all suffer from the current spam wave. It started with Chinese, but now I am getting a wave of English spam as well. My best guess is, that some coder is selling his script in some black hat SEO forum right now.
You can either block IPs via https://www.cloudflare.com/ but that requires additional domain setup and misconfiguration could get your forum temporarly offline.
Easier for you might be this extension: FoF Ban IPs

103.166.187.133
103.114.21.114
Can you please post IPs that you've banned so far? Maybe can battle this together.
How to find IPs?
Open phpMyAdmin and go to the table posts, sort by ID descending to see the newest posts. There is an IP column.
These might be dynamic addresses and change every 24, so we might have to block the whole region soon. For this, Cloudflare is probably required.
On a side note, the extension "FoF Spamblock" needs an improvement to delete these post forever after marking a user as spammer. It's just extra work cleaning the mountains of spam manually, even with Spamblock. Also, reCAPTCHA on the hardest setting didn't seem to help.
