Installing extensions without SSH access
Could you explain to me how can I install an extensions without SSH access?

I've read this but it's not clear to me.
First I install composer locally.
Install Flarum in a folder.
Install exntension inside Flarum folder.
Move files and folders to my live installation.
Is this correct?
Edit: I moved to shared hosting with SSH access.
