Mini Scrollbar Problem in Admin Panel

Interesting ... it seems to happen sometimes, and not at others. It looks like there's a delay involved in moving the focus back from the right panel to the sidebar. If you move the pointer from the right panel to the sidebar and start scrolling immediately, the right panel gets scrolled as well. (Sometimes the sidebar doesn't even move; it acts as though the pointer is still over the right panel.) But if you wait a bit before scrolling, only the sidebar gets scrolled.

Since Toby is planning to revamp the admin interface in a way that will get rid of the sidebar, this issue will go away once the new design arrives.

... On the other hand, it's possible to see the same thing happen when moving the pointer between the discussion index slide-in panel and a discussion. It's possible to get the discussion scrolling up and down while the pointer is over the slide-in panel.

This may have more to do with how the browser handles focus than anything. I'm using Safari 9.1.1 on Yosemite. Which browser are you using Bek ?

@Toby What do you think? Is this within tolerances? Or does it merit a look?

Dominion Yeah, seems to be a Safari problem – I can't reproduce on Chrome. Not much we can do about it as far as I know.
