How to create custom language by YAML file?

Hi,
I just used Linguist extension until 1.4.1 version of Flarum but it have some bugs in Flarum v1.5. Si i decided to create a language and use YAML file exported from "Linguist" extension.
So i have YAML file with translation for all of my extensions, But i don't know how can i use this file to overwrite translations in English language.
There is no translation pack for my language so i have to use alternate ways!

What can you offer me for solution?

I just translated many extensions (over 50) to my language (Persian) so people with Persian language could use my forum with our own language.
After Flarum 1.5 released, linguist doesn't work fine and i want to create a custom language. I only want to replace English lines with my translation.

linguist extension exported all of my translation with "YAML" format that included all of translated strings, So how can i use this without "linguist" needed?

masihdindar There is Persian language pack available: https://github.com/flarum-lang/persian
You can contribute your translations through Weblate and then install it using composer require flarum-lang/persian:dev-master command.

It's too old and doesn't work with latest version.
But "Weblate" i will try it.

What do you mean by that? If you install dev-master line it should work. And you should be able to fix all outdated or missing phrases using Weblate (translations from Weblate are exported to https://github.com/flarum-lang/persian, so you can't really use only Weblate).
