User registration fails

When I try to register it pops a red banner with
Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.
But I can see the user in Admin panel.
How do I tshoot this?

I am seeing some errors on the receiving side when trying to send a test message via admin panel - mailgun logs indicate that receiving server is discarding the message as "5.7.0 Local Policy Violation"

But there's no log in mailgun when user registration is attempted. And settings are correct if test user email is being triggered. So not sure what's going on.

According to Google it seems the recipient mail services is denying delivery, most likely because SPF or other mail dns records are incorrect. Imo you should be able to a) confirm dns settings and b) see more log details inside the mailgun dashboard.
