It is with a heavy heart (and a very bittersweet feeling) to be announcing that I will be stepping down from my duties at Flarum.
I have been a supporter of the project since the very beginning (before that, on esoTalk), and the journey has been such a positive one. I have loved every single moment I have spent here and the bonds and relationships I have made with some of you along the way will be cherished.
The Flarum team have been amazing in supporting me, and phenomenal in bringing Flarum from where it was, to where it plans to be. You are all the brains and hearts of this project and I can't wait to see what else you all can do for Flarum. You all possess the right skills and traits to create a very functional team and I hope to not lose contact with you. I'll definitely drop in from time to time to see how you're all tracking. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to contribute my two cents to the project.
To the community, Flarum wouldn't be such a powerful bit of kit without you. I'm sure it goes without saying that you are the reason Flarum is here. Thank you for your support over the years and giving me the opportunity to help you in whatever ways I could.
Recently, I successfully obtained a paid Customer Service and Forum Moderator role at Invision Power Services, the creators of IP.Board. Holding both positions can bring about conflicts of interest no matter how careful I am, so I thought this the best thing to do to prevent both entities and myself from getting into any sticky situations.
Thank you everyone for the great memories and please, don't be a stranger! I will still be lurking Discuss and Discord and will always be happy to have a chat.
