Fresh install

Hello,
I want to install it, so, I try to read https://flarum.org/docs/faq.html but I get a 404 error 🙁
I've a VPS/U22.04 LAMP/Nextcloud that is the 1st opened while accessing thru DNS.

My folders are
/var/www/nextcloud (software)
/var/www/html (empty)
I want to put flarum so I create
/var/www/forum

And now? How to install without breaking nextcloud' ?
I read that https://docs.flarum.org/install/#apache
but very afraid about breaking nextcloud, may I do the install as
I have a website(Nextcloud) running.

Last thing; sorry for my poor english.
The Flarum'french forum seem to be dead or nearly.

What webserver does your vps run? Nginx, apache or something else?

VidhunNagarajan I must have missed that from mobile.

In case you want to separate these installations you will need to set up different vhost configurations with Apache. Looking at the nextcloud forums it doesn't look as easy as I hoped. Looking at our docs won't do much good, you'll need to begin with the nextcloud docs on how to add another virtual host.

My "Flarum" "was" working well, I wrote 3 testing messages...
I install the french language, but now, unable to login... Password
always refused... And the 'give back passwd button' don't work (I think there
is a settings to parameters, but I didn't have time to do and test).

So now, unable to login...
I've full ssh access to my U22.04
How can I access to flarum now , removing/changing passwd? creating a new
super flarum user ??? anything else ? please?

You can generate a new password value for your users database table using any bcrypt password hash generator. You can do it via the command line with PHP this way php -r "echo password_hash('secret', PASSWORD_DEFAULT) . PHP_EOL;" (will print the hash for secret on the command line output)

Another option to recover access is to change the mail_driver to log in the settings table, this will print the password reset email to your Flarum log file where you can copy the reset link. Then change your mail driver back to smtp or whatever you were using after you successfully get access back.

Is it a good way to create a new user using php ? or deleting user named superviseur ?

waca my hash command is to create a password for a Flarum user (secret is an example password), not a MySQL user. You can edit the user entry in the users table (password column).

I wouldn't recommend creating a new Flarum user directly in the database if it can be avoided. Just change your existing user entry (the admin is most likely user with ID 1)

UPDATE users SET password='<the hash generated with bycrypt>' WHERE id=1

waca Flarum doesn't have code to delete an entire database (and it would be unwise to allow the MySQL user given to Flarum to do that).

Maybe you are not connected to MySQL/MariaDB with a user that can see your Flarum database when you run the show databases command?

Help, realy please, now, I can run https... but, again, my password is not recognize....

The requested resource could not be found.

So I think the problem is not the password.... but... what is it ?
ALL works fine before switching to httpS

and trying to get the passwd recovery give me "no user registered with this address email"
Each time I want to go to httpS I've differents issue...

Please help.

waca this is very peculiar, are you perhaps running different sites? So http runs on one directory and https on another, each with their own database?

I've my own nextcloud over https running, it's own database

So because 'apache2' , I use virtualhost
for switching to httpS (following instructions)
I modify the .htaccess and the config.php

I've a new message:

It is not a cache issue, I tried 3 differents browsers, as incognito to... and, I clear also the cache...
